By downloading or using Neutral, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
Neutral is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use. The app is designed for emotional self-tracking and reflection purposes only.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Neutral Pro Subscription:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
Refunds:
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
Free Trial:
If offered, the free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
Price Changes:
Prices may change. You will be notified in advance and must agree to new pricing to continue.

Important: Neutral is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The app is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Using the app in accordance with these terms
- Maintaining the security of your device
- Backing up your data if desired (using the export feature)
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alexey Rokalo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits
- Personal injury
- Property damage
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in Neutral are the property of Alexey Rokalo and protected by copyright laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app
- Reverse engineer or decompile the app
- Use the app for commercial purposes
Updates
We may release updates to the app from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or changes to existing functionality. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time without notice.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
